Returns & Exchanges Policy – Reflectstudio.pk
At Reflectstudio.pk, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle exchanges, returns, and refunds:
1. Exchanges (Within Pakistan)

Eligibility: You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags intact.

Process: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to the address provided by Reflectstudio.

Non-Exchangeable: Items purchased on sale/discount cannot be exchanged.
2. Returns & Refunds (Within Pakistan)

Defective or Incorrect Items:

Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Customers should share clear photos/videos via WhatsApp at +92 339-3334455.

Items must meet eligibility criteria (unused and with tags).

Wrong or Missing Items:

Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with order details and proof.

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued as store credit (voucher code), redeemable on our website.

Cash refunds are not available.

COD orders are also not eligible for monetary refunds; only store credit will be provided.

Shipping Fees: These are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
3. International Orders

Exchanges: Not available for international orders.

Defective or Incorrect Items: Customers should report the issue with photos/videos. In most cases, the item will not need to be returned.

Refund Method: Either store credit or a refund (decided at Reflectstudio’s discretion) will be provided.

Duties & Shipping Fees: Non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.
